I started my first low carb diet on Monday, more seriously from Tuesday.
So I have been on this diet for about 3days.
I've not lost any weight and was feeling ok (only slightly spaced out on occasions) though today I think I'm losing my appetite. And the best thing of all is that I'm not craving a single thing. I'm happy to eat whatever I'm allowed.
I am slightly concerned that I've not noticed any weight change and wondered that IF somehow I'm making any silly mistakes, is that going to stop the diet working for me?
E.g Yesterday
Breakfast: almond pancakes with protein shake
Lunch: Tuna salad with mayo
Dinner: 2 soya pieces (quorn) with stir fry veg cooked in oil with some cream. (quite a large portion)
I mostly drink water or squash (no added sugar & I read the label)
And I do read labels on anything I buy!!
I did have a cup of tea with sweetner yesterday and I have bought a low carb chocolate, which I eat one square of if I crave sweet stuff (only 1 per day).
I basically want to make sure that I'm doing it all right?! I don't want to carry on if I'm doing anything wrong. Just want you guys to confirm it for me... and when will i notice any weightloss? Or when should I notice it by?
And my last 3 questions lol... what happens to all the fat I'm putting into my body? And does anyone know where I can get lowcarb sausages?
I'm eating at Nandos tomorrow, is it ok to eat the skin off the chicken?
And is sweetcorn ok?
That is enough now I guess...
