OK, So I just finished the first two weeks. I'm a bit upset that the total lost was only 5Lbs. I have done this before and lost 12Lbs during induction. So where did I go wrong?I have been eating a bag of Bar-b-q pork rinds at night (too much salt)
I have had a couple of salads that I was not sure of the dressing and it's carb contents.
I have been on the treadmill at least 4 times per week.
I have not been drinking enough water.
I will stay on induction until I see some more weight loss. I guess 5 down is better than 5 up. Should be a battle this week with Thanksgiving. Wish us all luck.
