Winter is nearing and I am trying to get through the holiday season without carb creep and weight gain. I've decided to change up my exercise routine and get back into jogging. The program is called Couch to 5K. I am starting tomorrow. It's too cold up North to exercise outside so I am going to do this on my treadmill. It consists of alternating walking with jogging three days a week for about 20 minutes each progressing for 9 weeks up until you can run 5K! Has anyone tried this? life has certainly changed!) I NEVER THOUGHT that i could get back into running again - hoping that walking would fill the void but alas it helps me tho it's not the same. This program looks like a huge window of oppurtunity!
