    You know you're on Atkins when you put your food into Fitday and say to yourself, "Hmmm, I need to get more fat in there."

    You know you're on Atkins when your employer has food brought in for a treat, but you eat your own pre-prepared on-plan meal of hamburger patty & broccoli instead of the free sandwiches and chips.

    You know you're on Atkins when you say to yourself, "Can I get in another 32 oz of water before bedtime?"

    You know you're on Atkins when you pass up a piece of sugarless gum so you can spend that carb on veggies!

      You know you are on Atkins when at the restaurant, you send back non-dairy creamer and ask for full fat heavy whipping cream for your coffee, absent-mindedly explaining to the waitress, "I'm on a diet,"...

          When you're consuming a huge ribeye and 2cups of steamed broccoli and ask the waitress for "more butter...this isn't enough" as well as "more cream for my iced decaf, please." heh heh heh
