My DH brought home an orange cauliflower. After researching online, I see there's purple varieties as well...
Anybody know the complete label nutrition facts? As I understand it, it's identical to regular cauliflower in terms of carbs, sugar, protein, etc., but apparently it has a different vitamin content...

I found that the same rang true for red cabbage. While red cabbage is higher in carbs (7g versus 4.83g in white cabbage), the vitamin A and C amounts were way higher giving the red much more nutritional bang per carb than the white.
