I thought I was doing o.k. until I entered my food intake for today into the FitDay tracker? My ratio is 69f/25p/6c with a total of approx. 2440 cal. !!!!!!!! I started off with 3 scrambled eggs with 1 c. of tomato and gr. onion. Had an avocado with 1 c. iceberg lettuce....1 c. tomato....2 sticks celery...gr. onion. And for dinner I marked down 8 oz. of beef roast ( i'm hungry ) meds do it to me....and about 1 1/2 c. cauliflower. The roast alone came up to 927 cal. my gawd.....I thought I was safe with the protein?
