      Dr Atkins considered that losing inches means losing FAT, so you ARE losing, just not losing measureable weight.

          { I'm remimber that time before start atkins diet , i get net carb. more than 200g}
          I'm started this Atkins diet from 14-May-2008

          When I'm strat that time my Weight is 110Kg and hight is 178CM age 26

          after one month I'm lose 6 to 7kg , without play any sport , only walking

          second month I'm lose 7 to 8kg ....after month I'm lose 3kg then second month 2kg
          then 3 ... 2 .... 1.5 kg ..... like that
          and... some month my weight is not move to losing
          after two month , again I'm losed of my weight 2 .... 1 .... Half kg

          see how many I'm lose , it's good & that without play sport

          and I'm get daily 60g of net Carb.

          that time my food


          is All meats like beef and fish , sheep .....

          also eggs , chese like (between 55g & 80g) but not daily I eat,

          and I 'eat chocolate lowcarb. , green vagetables , nut's normaly , pepsi diet
          cola diet , and end of some weeks I drink moca coffe without sugar but
          and If I want drink tea or coffe in my home (I used low sweet's like (splenda), (stevania) this wet is 2g , you will get 0.6g net carb)


          that is my first control food

          and somedays I get between 60 & 80g net carb. but not daily only some of afewdays When like eat sweet like cake or donut ^_^

          when I get incrase of my weight, so, i will again use control net carb. between 30g to 45 maxumim

          so after many month

          I'm get net carb. 30 to 45g daily

          it little lose of my weight ... when i get my weight (86 - 88kg )
          but i get inches lose without lose weight

          but now I'm not lose any pound

          and my control between net crab. 30g to 45g


          so what can I do?

            That's not the right way to do Atkins. No wonder you're not able to lose weight.

              How many net carbs does it have in 100 grams? What are the ingredients?

              every 100g get 16g of carb. but I eat 45g of wet

              How many of your daily net carbs are coming from vegetables?

              it like plate (small size) , only used 2 plates, maybe every one plate 5g of net carb.


              And you can eat vegetables that are not green, like cauliflower or tomatoes.

              tamatoes and onion without cauliflower

                  You are eating 10 net carbs from vegetables... another 7 from chocolate... maybe 5 or so from nuts... and let's say 5 at most from eggs and cheese. That's 27 net carbs. Now, you said you're eating 30-45 net carbs per day. What's the source of the other carbs you are consuming?

                    And some preservatives

                      Since the chocolate has aspartame and acesulfame-K, it also counts toward your daily sweeteners.

                      Chocolate is something I would advise you to give up.

                      And nuts don't have to be eaten daily. This might not work for you.

                        I save between 27 to 30g net carb.
                        and 30 - 45g (15g) there when I get hungry last night , so I eat nuts Or cold meat containing carbohydrates, such as salami or sausage meat chicken or some meat burgers

                              What are the ingredients in these?

                              These Arabs ... Put a little keeper of starchy materials and some spices, coriander and spices parsley and a little garlic or onion powder, either carbohydrates such as flour a little bite and a little potato starch

                                I would avoid such meats. Eat unprocessed meat instead. The carbs are probably high if they add up to 15 net carbs.

                                If you want burgers, you can buy ground beef and make your own burgers.

                                Chicken (not sausages), fish and beef are better choices.
