I have oral allergy syndrome (I'm allergic to raw fruits and vegetables), which makes it difficult to adhere to the vegetable part of this diet, especially the salad part. It also makes portability more difficult because I can only eat cooked vegetables, but don't like eating cold cooked vegetables. I used to love salad, but can no longer eat it! I can eat canned fruits.
Here's my menu so far:
Breakfast:
2 eggs, cooked in butter
2 pieces Canadian bacon
Lunch:
2 pieces boiled chicken
Snack:
1 ounce of peanuts
Dinner:
6 oz of meat or fish
broccoli
Snack
1 oz. mascarpone cheese
4 oz canned pear halves packed in water
Any suggestions?
