    Question?

    I am having my wisdom teeth out on 1/13 and would only be a week and a half into my diet. I don't want to cheat but I am not sure what to eat for that day and the next? I plan to get some atkins shakes that are for all phases and sugar free jello. I don't like eggs so that is out. Any ideas on what else I could eat?

    Soup... puréed vegetables...

    You could even add some puréed meat (like chicken or turkey) to soups.

      Soups such as cauliflower bisque, Emerald Isle soup, pumpkin soup or other soups pureed are good choices.

      Eggs are the usual other suggestion but you mentioned you don't like them. What about custard? It can be made either sweet or savory with cheese.

        Soup I would also suggest.you can choose what goes into it according to what you like.

              Baby food is great added to broth for quickie soups...you can get your veg and meat in too.
