    Hello to all of my Mini Goal Friend's ~ It's a Rainy but to my surprise 59' Monday Jan. 25th, 2010 Morning here in Northern Maryland !!!

    We are here on the 1st day of a Wonderful New "Atkins" Whole Food's Filled Week & for some of us that can also be a big challenge point food wise, being back to work, etc.

    Please ALWAYS remember that our AWESOME Forum is here 24/7 to help you through any bumpy spots in the road !!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are AGAIN to drink all of my 100oz of water, to Stick Strickly to my WOE Plan !!!

    I also need cut~out the 1 to 2 Atkins Bar's that I have been eating Late at night for the last few weeks as they slow down my weight loss !!!


    I have now taken off another (.4) = "8.6" AWESOME pounds of the weight the 20 pounds I had gained back !!! YEA & WHOO HOO 4 ME !!!

    I can's wait to get this YUCKIE Steroid weight back off & regain my Level 3 Pre~Maint Status again !!!

      Hello to all of my Mini Goal Friend's Tuesday is Family Day at my house my Fav Day of the week !!!

      I will pick~up my Grandgirlie Makayla after Pre~K at 12:30 & my Son will be here at 5:30 for Dinner.

      We are here on the 2nd day of a Wonderful New "Atkins" Whole Food's Filled Week & for some of us that can also be a big challenge point food wise, being back to work, etc.

          My mini-goal for today is to drink 64 oz of water. Yesterday I finally got up to 50 and I found myself in the bathroom every few hours!

          My weight loss is still going down but the real difference is my loss of inches! I am so excited to get this baby weight off!

            Hello to all of my Mini Goal Friend's, it's Sunday & we have reached the end of another BLESSED "Atkins" Weekend !!!

            We had 6" of lovely fresh snow from 12noon into last Evening here in Northern Maryland. I live along the water where it's wooded so the view's this AM are wonderful !!!

            We are here on the 2nd day of a Wonderful "Atkins" Whole Food's Filled Weekend & for some of us that can also be a big challenge point food wise, being around with our Family, Friend's & etc.

              New month
              My goal will be to start up on some of the exercise challenges posted in the Exercise forum. I really think I need to work on ABS this month. I got a winter sag.
              Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

              May Challenges 2010
              Push-ups: 450/800
              Abs: 850/1900
              Squats: 650/1200
              Lunges: 500/1000
              Strength: 490/1200
              Running: 50/100 km


              2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

                  Hi Cindi!

                  Well done on the 11.2lbs gone!

                  My mini-goal for today is to eat dinner before 9pm. On a Monday it can get really lack. Also not to exercise - weird goal but I need a bit of recovery time.

                      I am having exercise break tomorrow so today I want to get started with the exercise challenges I did not do yesterday. I only ran yesterday. Today I am going to shred, do push-ups, squats, and some abs work. Oh dear I better get started

                        I didn't eat until about 10pm. So didn't meet my mini-goal. I got sidetracked by a phone call! I did rest though and it was nice.

                        Cindi - I aim for 2 rest days a week but sometimes only make one. I need to work on this.

                        Today my goal is not to cheat. I have huge cravings for some reason.
