  • Day Number 14!

    Hi Everyone!

Today is day number 14 of induction for me and I've lost 11 pounds total! I feel great and my jeans are starting to get a little looser, before when I'd take them out of the dryer it was a struggle to get them on and now they slip right on without a problem. These are my favorite jeans and I'll be sad to see them go once they're too big but on to a better, smaller pair to get hooked on!

I'm going to continue on to do the extended induction a bit longer, I think I need more time to get used to this WOE. Once I'm comfortable, I'll move on to OWL.

I also wanted to give *Hugs* and say thankyou for all the support and wonderful replies/advice I've been given by all of you these past two weeks. It's helped tremendously and now I know I can continue on 110% because of the great support system I have here.

woo hoo congrats on shedding over 8% of the weight you needed to lose in just 14 days!!!
While you are doing your extended induction pay attention to your nutrtional reports in fitday if you use it cause it is hard to get all the vits and minerals espically potassium when eating just induction foods.

And be sure to ask yourself every day those questions in chapter 13 so you don't binge cause you missed your cue to move to OWL.
