I have lost 15 lbs so far, and am 15 away from my goal. Its been over two months, and i have stuck close to induction level carbs, I dont have the time to measure each item, so i find it safe to stay between 25-30 g carbs.
I have added more veggies,
some dairy products although Not really, maybe some cream once in a while in my cofee, WHen ever I introduce a new item to my diet I get paranoid and check my weight everyday.. .
anyways I recently introduce 3 strawberries and every other day, and maybe a bryer carb smart once every three days. till last week I have lost weight every week. and it seems like I have stalled and I think I even gained a pound, well maybe not as One can weight different at diff times a day.
My ketostix is still purple, so is it possible that I have stalled yet im still in ketosis just not burning weight ?
