Hello everyone. I am new to Atkins and had a question for everyone that has been successful on it.
I have read up on this diet and it seems a lot of the weight dropped is water and not necessarily fat. Following induction to a "T", how long did it take for you to see results from the diet, inches wise? I'm not looking for fast results, but sustainable and steady results based on strong adherence to the diet itself.
I wanted to try to this diet because I believe I can do well with a diet with restrictions. I always felt hungry on a low calorie diet and am willing to try a diet that does not count calories, only carbs.

Make sure you have taken measurements so you have some point of referenc in the future. Having a set of too-tight clothes is also a good incentive and living proof to show when you are becoming a loser!!
