    Interesting... though I get pretty suspicious if a product claims to have zero carbs unless it's meat or oil. I figure if they're "creative" on the carb count, then what else on the label is? Ray, thank you for the link, though. I'm going to try some of the suggested brands, see if I can find one that doesn't send me over edge craving sweets and fills me up for a good breakfast I can take on my commute to work.

          I like Muscle Milk light's "Cake Batter" protein. I usually mix it with almond butter and water and nuke it to make a vanilla brownie. Gets the job done

            If we're talking about the same product, it's a REALLY bad option on Atkins. It has 10 net carbs per serving!
