On Saturday I bought the Atkins brand chocolate peanut butter bars. The front of the package said they have 2 net grams of carbs. Normally I ALWAYS turn the package over and read everything, but I didn't because it was Atkins brand. I ate one, VERY SATISFYING. Then I became curious about what was in it and read the nutritional content. CARBS: 22g; DIETARY FIBER: 12g
I have been calculating my carbs wrong all along?

They may say Atkins, but they sure don't fit in with induction, and it is best to eat "real" food, even though it is more trouble and sometimes much less convenient. The long term results are worth it...
