    Yes.

    Avocado is fine in a salad, but it's not a vegetable carb.

          I think you are eating too little to follow the Atkins diet. Your whole menu looked like something I may have for breakfast on my hungry days. I would add some more protein - there looks to be room on your lunch and some more fats (at all meals) To lose on Atkins you need to feed the body properly.
          You net carbed looked good. I am not sure that I always can eat that much tomato or a lot of avocado - so I limit them somewhat.
          I would make sure I took my vits, drank plenty of water and exercised a bit.
          Hope that helps a bit.
          You are likely not going to lose large amounts as some people because you do not have that much to lose. But it should come off.
