I think so, I'm 5' 3" and my waist is at 29" as well. I would say "And I'm 150" but I seem to be jumping up and down a few pounds. No biggie though, I'm used to it. I just wish it would go below 150 when it jumps down!!!! lol!

I'll chime in here. I am in the smallest size I've ever been in my adult life. Well, I did diet down to this size when I was about 20 years old, it lasted about 2 seconds LOL. Anyway, I weigh 25 lbs. more now then I did last time I was in this size. At first I blamed it on the clothing manufacturers -- i.e. vanity sizing, but now I know thats not true. I am actually rethinking my goal weight, so what if I weigh a lot? Its the size I get into is what I am more interested in. Nobody knows how much you weigh unless you wear a sign or something, and who in the heck will do that? I'll be happy if I can get down to just one more size. Forget the evil scale! :gunsStarted 4/18/04

Same thing happened to me. (I'm one of those that lives by the scale unfortunately, decides how I eat that day and what kind of mood I'm in). I didn't lose much for a while but my jeans kept getting looser, I figured they were just stretching. Went to buy new ones and decided to try on a pair of 34s and they fit! I went and got 5 pairs of different brands to make sure and sure enough I had shrunk! Great feeling.Male, 255 start / 185 now / original goal of 200
