    Chewing gum?

Hello friends. I have lost 15 kilo on 3 months. Recently the weightloss stopped and I do nokt know why? There has been may plateaus so maybe this is just another one. However I would like some of you to help me with one question since the only thing I have done different is chewing gum. Does anyone know weather sugrafree cjewing gum affects the lipolyse ?

    Re: Chewing gum?

For me the best thing is to eliminate suspected culprits and see what the results are.

Personally, I absolutely love to chew gum and absolutely cannot bear to do so as I will immediately guarantee a stall. I figure maybe when I'm in maintenance I'll try again, but it's doubtful.

I think maybe it's because I spit out my gum then refresh it, and wind up overdoing it on sweeteners. Either way it's just not good for me.

      Are you still on Induction?

How long has it been since you stopped losing?

If you want to post a complete menu, with net carbs for all foods and drinks, we can take a look.

      What's it sweetened with?

How many pieces are you chewing in a day?
