easy what to know if you got the right book is look at the induction rules and rule 5 should say eat nothing not on the acceptable foods lists. the old books rule 5 says you can make your own 20 grams of carbs to have during induction.by the book atkinseer

With so many different published 'acceptable' veresions around it is hard to tell from page numbers if we are talking about the right version.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
