I know induction says to stay within 4 ounces a day of cheese. But most of my cheese is 0 grams of carbs per serving and I eat a lot of some days.
So what is the scientific/metabolic reason to stay within 4 grams if some cheese have 0 carbs (not net)? What would happen if I ate 10 ounces of 0 carb cheese, just for example?
