    >>I drink Pomegranate Green Tea mix which is made with Splenda>>

    This doesn't count as water.

And you're limited to 3 servings of sweetener per day.

    And where's the vegetables?

It sounds quite a lot, but nothing I've read (at least, which I agreed with) says that so many would necessarily be bad for you, so you're probably fine.
My main worry, if I were eating that amount, would be that I'd get bored with them. I love my eggs and want to keep right on loving 'em!

And I thought my 4-5 a day might be excessive.

I totally understand why you like them so much. They are delicious, versatile, and inexpensive!

ziggy, I love when you post that cholesterol info.

Wasn't there a movie about a guy who ate 50 eggs?

I see no problem except I think a variety of other foods is good so that we get the variety of nutritional benefits of other foods.

My first thought is be careful that you don't get burned out on a food you love so much. Experimenting with other foods gives you more options on days when eggs may not be available or when you may just be sick of them in the coming weeks.

That said, they are the perfect food, like you said in their own wrapper!

              Good luck!

for breakfast it was 6 eggs and 1tbs heavy cream beaten together, cooked on low/medium on the stove, and after a few minutes I broiled it in the oven (in the same pan). It puffed up so nicely! This will be my dinner as well, with some veggies of course. I wonder when my egg craze will end, but for now, I am really enjoying them.

Wow I like eggs but not that much. Personally, I eat Eggland's Best because it has 20% less cholesterol. I eat one mixed in with 1/2 cup of eggwhites (from the carton). I love the consistency of eggwhites with just a little yolk and I don't feel guilty. I think I will get my cholesterol checked in a few months also, just because!

Eating eggs are good for you. Eating just protein is problematic if you have too much. Fat is good for you.
