Depends on how much you drink.

      It's not water.

      Yes, it has carbs.

It's not weird at all ... the labels allow for rounding ... and they round down.

          It's simply not 0 carbs.

            Chandler,
I sent you a private message also, but here they are in case anyone else will find this helpful. I'm partially quoting the book on the explanations of these.

            1) L-carnitine 1500mg. for weight loss: This is involved in fat transport. When carnatine is deficient, overweight people have difficulty getting into lipolysis and the secondary process of ketosis. As a nutrient, carnitine has been used to correct cardiomyopathy, help stabilize heart rhythm, lower triglyceride levels and increase HDL. (good cholesterol)

            2) Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) 100 mg. daily: (I take 600 mg., but I have CHF)
It works in collaboration with carnitine and chromium to mobilize fat, it is also useful for someone aiming to slim down. One Belgian study reported on obese patients with deficient levels of CoQ10 who experienced significant weight loss after taking the nutrient. He used 100 mg daily in that research.

            3) Chromium-up to 1000.mcg daily.

**These are three that I am taking. I just started taking the Chromium and Lcarnitine***

Here are the others that he lists.

.Basic #3 Formula-3xday (I don't know what that is! sorry)

.Essential Oils-three a day, either in a multiple, or individual fish oil, borage oil and flaxseed oil capsules.

Make sure to check your current meds and these supplements with your Dr. or pharmacist before you take them, just in case they don't interact well together. My b/p meds and these were fine, but everyone's are different.
