No need to respond to this post. I know where I went wrong and I don't need any encouragement to get me going again. I just like to place these things on the page, because it mentally really helps me stay on track and I was hoping others could benefit from shared experiences. We all know how confessions help us let things go.

If you feel I was wrong in placing this post...."On my honor, may I be chopped up and place into soup" Nemo reference for those parents out there
Well, I was stuck inside for 7 days trapped by three feet of snow and I messed up for the first time! Shoveled all day Tuesday and forgot to eat breakfast or lunch and when i walked inside, I was confronted by the most decadent HOT chocolate souffle! I ate a huge portion and I got really annoyed.
Immeditely I walked downstairs and jumped on the treadmill for an hour. I know physically the sugar was still in my system, but psychologically it got me back on the wagon and ready for the road ahead. My weight loss has stalled because of it, but choices and consequences come hand-in-hand. I will keep moving forward and not worry about it! I won't forget to eat again though!
This is the first time in my life that I have messed up on a diet and kept right on trucking instead of taking the rest of the day, month or year off before restarting. That says something about me and my willingness to continue.
Onward Soldiers!
