Re: Do i need to count calories on this WOE?

I think it's a personal decision based on what you know about yourself.

I'm a compulsive overeater, so I can get my panties in a bind over something, go pick up a couple bags of pork rinds and throw myself a good pity party. Zero carbs, right? Or fill a big ole' plate with slices and slices of roast beef, douse it with olive oil and have a treat. I'm not going to lose weight on Atkins if I can eat a side of beef to sooth my woes, know what I mean?

Yes, I'm exaggerating but only a little. I do watch the calories occasionally especially if I see that emotional eating is looming in the near future. Most days I just watch the carbs, though.

I was not aware that dt. was an abbreviation for diet, thank you for the translation, J.

And the ingredients for that are??

I did look online but could not find them, only for the regular version.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

When I googled "diet mountain dew ingredients" I found any number of hits.

It appears that the second ingredient is concentrated orange juice, so it wouldn't be allowed on Induction at all!

        The ingredients are:

Carbonated Water, Concentrated Orange Juice, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Citrus Pectin, Potassium Benzoate (Preserves Freshness)Aspartame, Potassium Citrate, Caffeine, Sodium Citrate, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, Gum Arabic, Sodium Benzoate (Preserves Freshness)Calcium Disodium EDTA (to Protect Flavor)Brominated Vegetable Oil, Yellow 5.

Thanks for looking that up, J

It shows that knowing what words to search for is the key when googling

So definitely not an induction-legal drink, but could be added on rung 7 of OWL.
