Yep I know. Unfortunately in all the markets around here they are all ultra pasteurized. Even the organic ones. Sad I know...

In UK look out for 'double cream' or 'single cream' for a liquid one that you can whip if desired, or even 'clotted cream' for a real treat which is so thick it doesn't need whipping!!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I was just questionable about the <1 for the sugar. But, if you guys say it's good then I certainly trust you.

The carbs are coming from milk, so that's fine. Just like the carb in cheese.

USDA lists 0.4 net carbs for a tablespoon of heavy cream.

                        Re: Country Creamer

Because cream is from milk there will be a bit of natural sugar in it. But as you can see from the list of ingredients they did not add sugar to the product so then it is all good. They do list carbs as zero which they can because it is under 0.5. But for us who deal with keeping carb levels to under 20 it is important to count the carbs which is 0.4 for a tablespoon
And remember there is a limit on cream on our plan.

Yep, that looks just like the label on mine and they call it "heavy whipping cream". It's so thick - but I love it!
