Yes we can have mustard on induction. Love my mustard. So far I've stayed far away from fast food. But I rarely ate it before. Maybe once every 5 or 6 months.

So......the grilled chicken breast isn't induction friendly?
Pretty much any list of ingredients from fast food is gonna be scary. Fast food is the debil!
3 years ago, I lost 60 pounds in 12 weekson Atkins.
I have PCOS, which makes my weight REALLY sensitive to carb intake, and I've gained back most of it since going off plan.

since durring the day i cant cook much since im not home, i would have a Jr Bacon cheese burger from wendy's no bun ofcourse....or the bacon.
Also I would have Qudoba or Chipotle (if anyone has heard of them) I wold have a naked burrito (no tortilla, rice or beans) and put steak or chicken, pico de gallo, chesse, a dab of sour cream and a dab of quac.
