My dream goal would be to get to around 150lbs quick as at the moment I keep going off plan or not losing as fast.150 is a dream for me and I know if I get back on track I can achieve it.
To be content and happy in my own skin. This WOE will take care of the weight without any major troubles, it is the "content" part that causes me serious issues.
I'm not sure what my dream weight is yet. I think I'll just have to wait until I get down there and decide. I don't want to be too thin. Whatever my dream weight turns out to be I'd love to be there by Vaca June 1st. I think I only have 14 weeks.
If it doesn't happen, no biggie, I'll get there eventually.

if I'm looking at your stuff correctly.. you lost 80 pounds in about 5 months.. that's incredible.. and exactly the 4 pound a week I'd love to do!
Actually no, I was already down some from my high when I started - it's more like just over 50 pounds in about 6 months, or about 2 pounds a week/8 pounds a month.
Been really slow since the holidays, but happily I am at least maintaining what I've already lost. Anxious to get back to the minus column though. Spring is coming and I've got stacks of new smaller warm weather clothes I want to be wearing as the temperature starts going up
