    Re: Benefibre

I was reading on one of the sites the other day how high fiber can help you get regular but really works best on a clean colon. That if you are already having trouble it can cause more problems and congestion. Instead use Vitamin C and magnesium. 3,000 mg of Vit C. (for us use the one that has no sugars etc) and 1 mag. pill.

I tried it and it worked like a charm a few hours after taking it. Haven't had a problem since so I haven't taken anymore.

      Re: Benefibre

I know the feeling and the need to suppliment. I have found that broccoli is my best friend I also use flax when I need a little more at the end of the day.

I find that I need an equal amount of net carbs and fiber to go normally. To much fiber hurts me and to little hurts worse. Play around until you find what works best for you.

      Good luck.

Edit: Don't forget your water either!
