OWL Rung 1, 13 lbs lost, started mid January? I have it written down.
I just started eating the Atkins bars. The caramel peanut-y chocolate one is my fav. But getting right to the point does anyone think that eating one every day (only once a day) could potentially sabotage my weight loss? I was the type of person who literally had to eat something sweet after every meal and just knowing that I can have one of those every day or every other day makes Atkins WOL that much easier for someone with a serious sweet tooth like myself. Thanks
