I'm just starting the diet. I need some help with what I should eat for the first 14 day's.. I have the book and have been reading through it and My mind just can't make up a menu.. I know I have to stay under 20 carb's a day and I can do that. I just don't know what I should eat...
I was on Atkins a few year's ago and I did really good.. BUT I put the weight back on.. Now I'm trying to lose it again..
I did have paper's that I printed out from the internet that had idea's of what to eat and I lost them...
