Can I eat this?

sautéed onion's and steak. I am on my second day.. My book is a older one and It's really hard to understand..
I am going to try to get a newer book but can't do it right now...

Onions are acceptable.

I lost one of mine.. and got another one at ebay.. I've got the 1999 one and the 2002 one..

2-15-10 194.8 - highest ever!
2-20-10 190.4 - new scale
3-20-10 177.8 - 1 month
5-10-10 169.8 - 25 pounds gone!
