    So the slower you run the more calories you burn - that works for me I am a slow one. (shuffle, shuffle, shuffle)

    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km

      In that case I must burn 10,000 calories when I run!

        is your site calculating the burned cals for the whole body? if so you need to account for the 30 mins not in the run.

        on my treadmill I know the faster you go the more cals you burn per minute with a big jump at 5.5 MPH as that is where the treadmill programmers decided one was running and not walking cause that is the speed the DANDEROUS TO USE HEART RATE MONITOR WHILE RUNNING warning kicks in. (seems folk fall down if they are running and holding the handle of the monitor.)
