I feel very bad, after one month of Atkins and every thing was great and I lost around 20 ,,,, I cheated today on lunch like crazy bread, Pasta, cakes!!!!!!
I hate my self and I feel guilty and I my body feel like poisned with this food,,, I know I will not do it again but please experts tell me how can fix it and will it affect my kotesis!
