Yes, that's the naturally occurring sugar from the lactose.
There's no sugar in the list of ingredients.
It's just like looking at a label of frozen vegetables ... there's "sugar" there, too.J.

Mastermind - Garelick makes a version that isn't ultra pasteurized but the only place I've been able to find it is Trader Joe's. It's in a white container.
My Trader Joe's is a little farther out than I wish to drive so I only buy it maybe twice a month and use the ultra pasteurized stuff the rest of the time. You may have a little better luck down in the Westchester area but in my part of CT it's the best I can do...SW:301/CW:277/GW:170

Just look for a cream with"fresh" on the front. It has a shorter expiration date, but contain only cream, nothing is added. You can find it in any store.Comment
