Breakfast
2 Egg (Butter)
2 Sausage
2 Bacon
Lunch
2 or 3 cups Salad mix
vinegar or sour cream as dressing
Dinner
2 Hot Drumstick
Vegi's
Snack
Pickle
Black Olive
Thats not a everyday eating but thats something I would eat if I was to get something to eat.
Once I get the Atkins Reciepe I plan on making all that good food instead of being stuff on the same food. Same food gets old and I would fall out of the diet.203/195/120Start:3/14/10Lost: 8 Pounds

You need to eat a more substantial lunch. Have some protein with it like fish, meat or eggs.
And some oil and or butter with your dinner and you will be better. Keep using fitday it will be a good guide for you to find out where to add what.

Not necessarily true Heather, some people read the book, and are still unclear about some subjects, and they come here for clarification.
Some people don't want to read the book, and come here and expect the experienced people to do all the work for them and expect explanations for everything, when they have not taken the time to read about it themselves, and just want to be given the cliff note version.
And if we know whether or not you have read the book, we would know a little more about you and how much knowledge you may already have gained. I asked if you were reading the book to know where you were coming from.
Especially asking the question---I need to eat more fat, what can I do? Without knowing how much fat or other food you were eating, I could not answer that question last night, so asked you to post a typical menu, and asked if you were reading the book to see if you were possibly just confused, or didn't read the book and wanted the ADBB to give you all the info.
Some members here have the the book 10X and still have questions. I have the book, have read the stickies in the Forum, have been following Atkins for over 7 months, and I still have questions.
Asking if you are reading the book gives us a little perspective of how to answer your question.
And good for you if reading the book one time will...to quote you....

Have you discovered the threads in the FAQ forum with the list of induction foods and the one listing the rules of induction?
Both will help you till your DANDR arrives.

There are other good ones there too if you have time to look at them.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Well maybe once you have read the book, you will get better at putting your foods and fat together. And Fitday is a very important tool as well. A lot of the successful people here will agree to that.
