You need to eat. You will not lose this way. Sounds strange maybe but it is true. Feed your body

If you are not very hungry you need to concentrate on getting the best nutrition possible from what you do eat.
Lettuce does not contain a lot of nutrients, so maybe you need to look at your veg choice and go for 2 cups of something 'denser' from the salad vegetable list plus one cup from the 'other' list?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

            Re: Candida diet, not losing....

Hello!!....I just wanted to show you my foods of today, please let me know your comments, if im improving or not, any suggestions will be truly appreciated....
I just switched from candida diet to see how it goes now:
Breakfast omelette 4 eggs (with yolks) 1 slice of yellow onion,a sprig of cilantro, 1 tbsp butter
Snack 1 tbsp s/f chuncky peanut butter
Lunch omelette again (I was in a hurry) 3 whole eggs, 1 cup cabbage, 1 oz.tomatoes, 1oz peppers, 1 slice yellow onion, 2 tbsp butter
Dinner 2 cups cucumber w/olive oil, 4 oz. fried steak in canola oil, 1 tbsp cream cheese
Im going for a 1 hr walk now, when im back ill have a whey protein isolate shake (powder) with water 2g carb/scoop 0 sugar, 1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp flax seed 3g carb 0 sugar.
Fitday is showing for these foods Fat 72% Protein 23% Carbs 5%
            Calories 1984
but im not too sure about the accuracy of this report due to some variations in how they list the foods....it should be pretty close though

I would also like to mention that I've felt lightheaded in the morning and sleepy in the afternoon. I didnt eat lettuce today. Also random hiccups since yesterday.
Last night i had rapid heartbeats when I went to bed.

Thank you very much for your great support♥

Peanut butter and other nuts are not induction friendly. Depending on the brand, peanut butter has a whopping 24 grams of carbs per serving! That will stall you big time!

If you have Candida, then you should avoid nuts.

Also, assuming you are following the 2002 plan, which is the one followed at ADBB, then the first thing you add in OWL is 5 net carbs worth of Induction vegetables.

It would be more useful to know how many net carbs you are eating and how many of them come from vegetables.

It's net carbs we count on Atkins, not percentages.

Those "3g carb" are not net carbs.

                      Also random hiccups since yesterday.
That has nothing to do with Atkins.

Last night i had rapid heartbeats when I went to bed.
For such problems, it's recommended to see your physician.

Ground, right? Humans can't digest flax seeds unless they're ground.

The USDA has 2 Tbs. of chunky peanut butter at 6.90 net carbs, and 2.6 fiber.

For a peanut butter to have 24 grams per serving, it must be absolutely loaded with sugar.

2 tablespoons of peanut butter weigh about 30-35 grams. It would seem really odd to me if 24 of these were carbs.
