    HELLO EVERYONE...HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING FINE!!! I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW THAT I HAVE ALREADY LOST 15 PDS!!!AND I AM ESTATIC... ITS BEEN ONLY 12 DAYS BUT I'M HOPING TO DO THIS FOR A LONG TIME IF POSSIBLE...I NEED TO DO THIS LIFETIME CHANGE...BECAUSE I WAS HONSTLY HEADING NOWHERE...AT THE RATE THAT I WAS GAINING..ANYWAYS...GOODLUCK TO ALL OF YOU WITH UR DIETS,AND JUST TAKE THINGS ONE DAY AT A TIME! BYE..

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
