Sooo...is it considered constipation if you really don't feel like you have to go? I feel SOMETHING in there, but it has put so little effort in making it's presence known, I feel like it almost isn't the same thing and needing to go and being unable to. My last BM was Tuesday evening, and I tried to go today, but nothing really happened (sorry about the graphicness!) Here is what I am trying to do to combat this issue, if anyone has any input or suggestions, I would love to hear!
I have just finished induction (210-194 woohoo!!) and am trying to move myself into rung one. I was eating about 10-15 net carbs of veggies during, plus cheese, so as of today I'm upping it to 20-25 net, and cutting back on the cheese. My eating varies, but it tends to be between 1600-2100 clories a day. According to fitday my induction %age is about 68 fat, 28 protein and 4 carbs...I do count the oil i put on the pan to cook with tho, and that affects the fat intake quite a bit.
I take a 30 minute fast-paced walk every other day (started 2nd week of induction), do about 20 each sit up and leg lift every morning and drink MINIMUM 100 oz of good ol' H20. Oh, and I take centrum silver.
My mother gave me a bottle of metamucil today, do you think that will help? I checked the ingredients, no flavorings or added sugars or anything, the carb count per pill reads >3, as does the fiber...
I really have a tight budget, so it's hard for me to buy a lot of different supplements. I am certainly going to try the metamucil, but does anyone have any other ideas that might help??

so used to mix a spoonful with mayo and have it with a chopped celery snack. It made a little taste difference but not unpleasant.

LateNite-thanks for the compliment, my original drastic weight loss happened so long ago that it doesn't produce much comment from ppl anymore, and it's def nice to hear once in a while!
