Hey guys...this is my first post, and really new to a low carb diet. And, Im actually really enjoying it!
Anyway, I was at the store searching for a healthy low carb(ish) bread one of the Atkins recipes called for. But I was confused about how to count carbs and get the net carb total. My understanding is carbs minus fiber right?
Well I found a brand at the local heath food store and it said Atkins friendly low carb bread..."3 net carbs per slice" on the outside of the package. But when I looked at the nutrition chart it said 15 carbs (minus) 2g of fiber. So Im a little confused on how they came up with 3 carbs/slice? Which should I listen to?
