    Thanks for the idea carne! lol I am not worry about bad breath I don't think there is anybody more OCD about dental hygine than me lol I wanted the gum because when I go to the gym you are sweating like heck and I drink plenty of fluids but gum helps you stimulate saliva so your mouth does not feel so dry all the time you know...congrats on your new wedding

    I started atkins in late november but every other week just sort of fell off the wagon and was not working out..late december I started to really follow it and added the gym from november to december I only lost like 7 lbs not following it right..from december to march 18 I lost 50 lbs give or take depending what mood my scale is on lol.

      It might sound weird but I used to suck on an unroasted unshelled almond when at the gym. Just holding it in my mouth did the same 'saliva' trick for me. Often I didn't even eat it afterwards but threw it away.
