This is one of my son's favorites. He and the other carbheads eat it over rice. I just eat it as is.
Sauteed peppers and onions, add ground turkey, cook til turkey is done. Then add a can of Hunts Fire Roasted diced tomato. I love the colors! LOL.

Sorry here it is. This recipe is from Taste of Home originally, but I modified it a bit. (It called for Bearnaise sauce, I used Hollandaise , and I added the bacon. Because, you know. Bacon just goes with tenderloins!)

        • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
        • 1/4 pound fresh crabmeat
        • 2 tablespoons butter
        • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
        • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
        • 4 beef tenderloin steaks (1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)
        • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

        Directions

        • Prepare Hollandaise sauce (below). Meanwhile,
        • place asparagus in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over
        • 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 8-10 minutes or
        • until crisp-tender.
        • In a large skillet, saute crab in butter for 3-4 minutes or until
        • heated through. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in lemon
        • juice; keep warm.
        • I partially cooked the bacon. Wrap bacon around steaks, secure with toothpicks
        • Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat
        • for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness
        • (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium,
        • 160°; well-done, 170°). Top with crab mixture, asparagus and
        • Hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Yield: 4 servings.

        Hollandaise Sauce

        Ingredients
        4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
        Pinch cayenne
        Pinch salt

        Directions
Vigorously whisk the egg yolks and lemon juice
together in a stainless steel bowl and until the mixture is thickened and doubled
in volume. Place the bowl over a saucepan containing barely simmering water (or
use a double boiler,) the water should not touch the bottom of the bowl. Continue to whisk rapidly. Be careful not to let the eggs get too hot or they will
scramble. Slowly drizzle in the melted butter and continue to whisk until the
sauce is thickened and doubled in volume. Remove from heat, whisk in cayenne and
salt. Cover and place in a warm spot until ready to use for the eggs benedict. If
the sauce gets too thick, whisk in a few drops of warm water before
        serving.
