    thanks

I was wondering why you wanted to be so underweight.

so now that you are fixing your eating part of the atkins plan what are you doing as the mandatory exercise part? even walking is considered exercise for atkins

What's the reason why you cheat?
I like Atkins food but I'm not a big fan of beef and chicken.

Moreover, I've heard that following Atkins diet for a long term may affect uterus function and I'm planning to have children soon.

There's no need to eat beef or chicken if you don't like them.

Do you eat fish or pork? What about shellfish?

Eggs and cheese are also good sources of protein.

I don't know where you read that, but it's not true. There's a lot of rubbish about Atkins posted online... that's another reason why you need to read the book.

proper atkins eating actually helps fertility challenged folk since insulin interfers with estrogen production.
also ketones are the building blocks for neonatal brain developement

so if one was to do a nutrtionally correct atkins eating plan there would be no worries about any long term negative effects on female reproductive health

              I'll do my best.

But it really happened to one of my friends, she followed Atkins diet for 1 month and she faced a disorganized, irregular period PMS !!!

Not everything that happens to Atkins dieters is diet-related... and not everyone who is "doing" Atkins is actually following the plan correctly.

You have been given lots of advice so all I'll say is

Welcome to our international ADBB family

and - well done for writing in a different language from your 'mother tongue' and being so easily understood - there is no way I could manage half as well as you have done so far
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Well, we'll assume that she was doing Atkins by the book (and that she read the book), but yes, your period can be disrupted for a month or two ... and that can happen on any diet. Estrogen is stored in fat cells, so if you're losing fat, you can have an irregular period ... it normally fixes itself quite quickly.

You are right, Atkinsgal - I was only talking on another thread earlier that many Atkineers have become fertile after following the Atkins way of eating rather than the opposite!
