  • I cut the cheese & whatta you know?!

First I want to give a big shout out to Summerdressgirl. I was very frusterated & depressed last Monday seeing no results on my scale yet again. I saw the fantastic progress she has made & sent an e-ml requesting to get a glimpse of her menu. After comparing, I found I was eating to much cheese. So I cut it out except for the daily sprinkle of fresh parmeshan on my chicken caesar salads and BOOM! I lost 5.4lbs last week. I'm so glad I didn't cave in & quit. This is the first time I have ever NOT given into that horrible temptation. I'm so glad I did! Looking forward to another great week. I just might make my goal of 20-30lbs lost by the start of my vacation. If anyone is having difficulties, there are people here who will try to help you figure out what's causing the problem. Don't quit! Peace!

Congratulations on finding the problem, making changes and keeping a positive attitude throughout. It's nice to see that this "cheesy" thread has a happy ending!

I didn't get the joke in the previous posts until now. LOL, silly me, pretend to be blonde.

            That's great, to the OP!

How much cheese is a reasonable amount then? I have been losing but, I want to maximise that (of course!).

The book says 3-4 oz. I was "eyeballing" and having it with more than 1 meal. That was my error.

                    Hi Hippy-

If you get Summer's approval do u think you could post her menu. She has been losing so well and I am also curious to see if I can get some good tips....

Sure Carne. Although, based on her recent post, I'm very worried about her. She wasn't on yesterday that I could see. I hope she comes back very soon.
