As I sit here with my Whole foods salad which consists of two cups of mixed greens, 6 oz. of grilled chicken breast, cucumbers, broccoli and olive oil and vinegar......I watch as a guy, who berated me about atkins, eats his Lean Cusine, rice cakes and diet Dr. Pepper and whines all day about being hungry.....Plus, he has lost three pounds in three months....I have lost 35 pounds in three months. His blood pressure has remained high and his pre-diabetes is still there......All my numbers, BEAUTIFUL!
His sodium intake from that meal alone is 59% and mine is non-existent. His veggie count...hmmmm...zero!
His "natural" food count? Maybe he would get a point for that if he ate the box it came in!
He said, "my lifestyle choice is inappropriate." I'm sorry, did I just beat a an endagered baby seal to death and eat it in front of you while stealing food from a homeless orphan.....NOOOOOO, I ate vegetables.
