    No one wrote here that one should eat parta and muesli bars. There's a BIG difference between that and following Induction.

    I have yet to see cream cheese stalling "so many people".

    And salt doesn't stall. A stall is 4 consecutive weeks with no loss of pounds or inches. What salt may do is cause temporary (not 4-week long!) water retention.

      I'm just not going to tell my doctor, I am doing Atkins properly and I don't need him knowing all of my bussiness or complaining to me about it.

      I also agree with Georgiana about the salt thing.
