I liked having them... like I said.. back in the day when they actually turned for me...
sometimes it was my motivation NOT to eat a bite of something I shouldn't have wanted anyway.... I was afraid it would mess up the color (it is important to test at about the same time every day)...
but now... after wasting them for about a week or so.... I realized that no matter what.... they weren't working this time.... and the only medicine I take is synthroid... so that must affect it for me......
if you want them... $10 isn't a lot to waste for what can be a motivation... it was for me... it was like a game I enjoyed winning...
