Hi everyone,
I weigh 174 pounds and know from experience that my abs come out really well at about 164 pounds, thats about 8% body fat. I have been doing intense regular weight training for two years and i know that the abs are there, i just need to get the fat layer off.
Since I'm already in the healthy weight range at 174 will it be possible to loose 10 pounds using atkins to uncover my abs?
Already being at a healthy weight won't my body absolutely resist loosing any more of its fat stores without me starving myself?
Do you think a body builder get to 4% body fat just using atkins, since that is below the healthy body fat level?
