Ok so after I went to the states for a week and a bit I put on about 8.5 lbs :s beforehand I'd managed to shed 21.5 lbs in a few weeks. Anyway, now I'm back and have been for nearly 2 weeks and managed to lose 5 of the 8.5 lbs but I'm completely stuck for motivation. I'm just staying at this weight and not budging 
Any motivational tips? What did you do if this has happened to you?? Thanks
