I made it through 2 week induction and lost 7 pounds. Since then I have bounced around up 2 pounds then down! I can't seem to get the scale to budge!!!! I have remained in ketosis and stuck to the induction plan, but nothing is happening!
I've read the book, and would hate to think I am one of the unfortunate that has high metabolic resistance....
I'm so frustrated!!!! And to make matters worse, my husband is dropping weight like crazy and we are doing the same thing!!!!
Any suggestions??
