    Barb your co workers sound so wonderful.
    I am also a slow loser. It took me about 2 year to shed the 45 lbs that I want to lose. I think that can be a bit discouraging some times but I know how fast I add them on and how on a sloop of bad habits I was. So if I had not started Atkins I would be a lot heavier by now and very unhappy with things. The place I am now - though it took me time to get there is so worth it for me.
    Though I have never been a thin one I had did not really become obese until I hit perimenopause in my early forties.

      Ugh, so upset. Ive gained more than a kg, for no reason. AGAIN.
      I don't cheat or do anything bad and it takes forever to come off >_> pure stupidness.
      Ready for change
